Low Carb High Fat Diet Breakfast recipe



So I reached the part of my diet where I need to maximize the amount of fat Im eating, so I thought Id share what Ive been eating.

Im no masterchef but I realize Im not the only one, so this is for people looking for something simple.


So what we have here is:
  • 3 egg omlette 
  • 68g salami 
  • 60g cheddar cheese 
  • 25g butter
  • 12g Boursin cheese
  • 2 tbl spoons Heavy Cream 
Obviously you can use different cheese and meat, but it needs to be fatty.  Butter tends to be at least 80% fat so is good to use in everything.  I estimated this meal to be 754 calories.

To make this I first cooked the eggs then added the topping and placed in under the grill to melt the cheese.

I forgot to take a picture of the finished product so here is another one I made the next day with the salami diced.
